Vega was our first Dogue de Bordeaux! We got her when she was 4½ months old and after that life was never the same again! Although we had different kind of dogs before we knew right away that nothing could compare to this wonderful breed. She was a mini- Bordeaux weighing in at only 44 kilos, but what she lacked in size she truely made up for in personality! She's the sole reason why we fell in love with this breed. That really says something about what a magnificent dogue she was. And still is. Unfortunately Vega didn't not get along with our other females when they grew. Vega had quite a dominant caracter and after a few crashes we decided it was better for everybody to find Vega a new home where she could have a life as an only dogue. A heartbreaking decision for us though and we really do miss her. However we know she is in good hands in her new home and happy that we can still visit Vega from time to time:-)

Just woke up Always running and happy Th most overbearing outlook on the world The snowqueen - she loved snow!! Vega was great with Capella Vega loved her family She let Capella get away with anything... The look in her eyes clearly shows that she's not really into it! Vega loved taking a nap in bed The lioness in the garden! Vega felt like she owned it! At her most dangerous - guarding the pile of soil! Enjoying the sunset A trip to the field Vega loved goofing around and rolling in grass - it's her with all 4 legs up! Oh spring!
